At Aston recruit, we only collect necessary information to carry out our daily operational tasks, including HR tasks, payroll, temp services, recruitment, personal development, personnel management, and payroll administration.

What personal data do we collect about you?
We process the personal data necessary to provide our services. If you are to use our services, some of this information is mandatory. It may be best to collect additional information to better match our tasks with your requirements and qualifications and meet our clients' requests. You are responsible for ensuring the provided information is accurate and relevant.
This specifically involves documents containing personal data, including the following:
During registration:
Name, address, and contact information
Date of birth
CV with accompanying information
Data and info about unemployment, leave, and unemployment insurance
Information about next of kin and their contact details
Other relevant information that may be important for assessing the candidate's suitability, such as references, certificates, and journeyman's certificates
When starting work for or having worked for AstonRecruit:
Nationality, National Insurance number, ID, work permit
Criminal record, if you give your consent
Other information related to personnel, payroll, and absence registration
We also process data as part of the screening process before employment for our clients.
Aston recruit only registers and stores sensitive personal data if this is necessary to comply with legal obligations, to the extent that consent has been given, or if it is otherwise permitted or required by law. 'Sensitive personal data' refers to information about a person's race, religion, biometric data, political opinions, health, sexual practices, trade union membership.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Aston Recruit may disclose your personal data to clients and subcontractors (e.g., data processors) who perform tasks on its behalf, suppliers, public authorities, pension companies, employer associations, and other business connections and in all other cases where we may be required to do so, e.g., by court order.

Your job information (CV, work experience, education, test results, etc.) is available for up to 6 months after the last contact if you have not yet worked for Aston Recruit.

If you work/have worked for us
Your personal data is stored for five fiscal years after the most recent employment date.
Certain personal data is available to Aston Recruit for a longer period, e.g., for use in connection with complaints or tax obligations.

Aston Recruit processes personal data for relevant persons working for companies we cooperate with to be able to offer and/or provide information about new services and other activities, and request and review offers and information about services and products for Aston Recruit, so we can enter into and maintain business connections and agreements and manage orders.
