A project manager can be either internal or external. In short, a project manager works on a project by leading a team to create, develop, and complete the project.
When working on a project, the framework is set from the beginning. This means that one typically works on only one project or task at a time. The defined framework can include the budget, timeframe, and similar parameters. The project manager is responsible for ensuring the project is completed to satisfaction. The project's framework is described by part of the management team, a department head, or someone similar who has the overall responsibility for initiating the project. There are many different projects where having a project manager can be advantageous. This applies to private companies, the public sector, and almost every industry you can think of. Most often, it involves development tasks or tasks where a problem needs to be solved or a situation needs to be improved.
It is important for a project manager to structure various tasks and have a good overview. They must be able to delegate tasks to others in the group and take on a significant portion of the work themselves. It is also crucial to collaborate and get the others in the group to participate in a way that benefits from everyone's ideas and skills. Additionally, a project manager must be good at working under pressure when deadlines, budgets, and management push for a solution or a product. A project manager can come from many different backgrounds. It depends on the type of project and the people and skills needed to solve the various tasks.
